Baby corn Pops /ಬೇಬಿ ಕಾರ್ನ್ ಪಾಪ್ಸ್ 



                                              A very simple and easiest recipe to make Baby corn pops.
Just with few ingredients, you can prepare this dish and include for kids party or as a starter.This is one of the most favorite snack enjoyed at home and usually prepared during snack time.

Baby corn always make my mouth water and i love to add them for most of the dishes.I haven't added too much of masala to this recipe , just butter and pepper makes it taste too yummmmm 😍 but if in case you want to make it more spicy , you can add chilli powder, chat masala,pudina chatni,cumin or jeera powder.

Well.....Did i mention???? Baby corn is my most favorite 😋 and i never miss to buy these when i go shop.As i got these today and planned for evening snack,i quickly got ready to shoot them for my vlog 😃.

Ingredients

Baby corn - 1 cup ( Chopped)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required

Baby Corn Pops recipe Step by step


  1. Take a non stick pan, add 1 tbsp butter and spread over the pan
  2. Add chopped Baby corn or entire baby corn as you like and give a stir fry
  3. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter and fry until they turn golden brown in a high flame.
  4. Further add pepper powder and mix well
  5. And then add salt as required and toss them well.Once done switch off the flame.
  6. Pierce the fried baby corn to tooth picks one by one and serve them with chilli sauce or tomato sauce. 
NOTE :
  • If serving for kids,add butter accordingly.
  • Add chilli powder along with pepper powder for more spiciness if required or chat masala for sour taste.
  • Ensure to keep high flame in the entire making and keep tossing them well.

No Onion No Garlic Pulav

Dhoodh Pulav |ಧೂದ್ ಪುಲಾವ್ Ever heard off Dhoodh Pulav ???  It was indeed new for me as well. My now husband then Boyfriend told me he is eating Dhoodh Pulav for breakfast.
