Paneer hi Paneer !

Paneer Tikka /ಪನೀರ್ ಟಿಕ್ಕಾ

Well here comes my bro's favorite .....Paneer 😉. Yes Paneer ....anything made of paneer, he just loves them. His birthday was last week and what else can make him happy if not his favorite paneer. So i was all set to surprise him with his favorite Paneer tikka along with chocolate milkshake on his birthday.

So here is how i planned it ... I bought these tooth picks readily available in the market and used them as skewer and fried them on a non stick tava. Usually i marinate Paneer & directly fry them on tava, this time i tried with tooth picks along with veggies. If you have doubt on using tooth picks , do not have to worry because tooth picks have got sharp edges and easily can pierce through the Paneer & veggies ( trust me 😏)

This starter is very easy and can be included for parties ,get-together or for an evening snack.I have used non stick tava to fry these ,its important to use non stick otherwise the Paneer will get stuck to the tava so make sure to use non stick if you are trying this recipe.

Below are the details of this recipe

  • You can directly fry Paneer and veggies and then skewer them to tooth picks as well.
  • You can also add other veggies like tomato or mushroom in this recipe
  • Add oil while you fry them each side.
  • You can also include chat masala, if you like sour taste.

This recipe was definitely not there on my long list 😃... but then i thought of sharing on my blog as we rarely(only when we buy Methi leaves 😁) prepare at home and this recipe definitely adds something different on your menu 😊  Methi matvadi palya is a tasty stir fry and chana dal is the main ingredient to make this delicious palya. This simple and delicious palya can be served for lunch and dinner. This has to b...
