Paneer hi Paneer !

Paneer Tikka /ಪನೀರ್ ಟಿಕ್ಕಾ

Well here comes my bro's favorite .....Paneer 😉. Yes Paneer ....anything made of paneer, he just loves them. His birthday was last week and what else can make him happy if not his favorite paneer. So i was all set to surprise him with his favorite Paneer tikka along with chocolate milkshake on his birthday.

So here is how i planned it ... I bought these tooth picks readily available in the market and used them as skewer and fried them on a non stick tava. Usually i marinate Paneer & directly fry them on tava, this time i tried with tooth picks along with veggies. If you have doubt on using tooth picks , do not have to worry because tooth picks have got sharp edges and easily can pierce through the Paneer & veggies ( trust me 😏)

This starter is very easy and can be included for parties ,get-together or for an evening snack.I have used non stick tava to fry these ,its important to use non stick otherwise the Paneer will get stuck to the tava so make sure to use non stick if you are trying this recipe.

Below are the details of this recipe
