Greek yogurt Salad | ಗ್ರೀಕ್  ಯೋಗರ್ಟ್  ಸಲಾಡ್




            Hi All, Hope you all doing good :).I was occupied with my new venture last few days and really excited to share here as well.

     Well... coming to today's recipe.As you know,I love food and always explore new dishes.I found some greek yoghurt left in the fridge and I thought why not try some salad .It came out really well and thought to share with my rohzkitchen family :) 
               
So here i am to share a salad using greek yogurt.Yes !!!! Greek yogurt .... it will not work with normal curd / yogurt.You must use Greek yogurt for this salad and trust me it tastes so yummm that you wouldn't regret buying them and enjoying this absolutely yummy salad.

Meanwhile I thought let me share a detailed recipe with you all.I am just gonna keep it simple and try as much as detailed information that i can provide.If you have any questions feel free to leave a comment below.


  • Greek Yogurt - 3 tbsp
  • Garlic & pink salt powder - 1 tsp 
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp 
  • Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
  • Cucumber - Chopped 1/2 cup
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Take a bowl and add chopped Cucumber 
  2. Add all masala powder i.e. Garlic & pink salt powder , white pepper powder , mixed herbs and vinegar
  3. At last add Greek yogurt , a pinch of salt and mix well 
  4. Greek yogurt salad is ready .Serve them chilled along with sprinkle of mixed herbs
NOTE : 

  • Make sure to use chilled yogurt if serving immediately 
  • Pink salt is used in the recipe so add table salt as per your requirement
  • You can also use lemon to this salad. if using lemon , just reduce the quantity of vinegar or u can skip vinegar
  • If you don't have pink salt , you can skip and just add garlic powder but make sure to add table salt as required
  • This salad tastes super delicious when served chilled

When curd chilli meets left over rice

Curd Chilli Rice / ಮಜ್ಜಿಗೆ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಅನ್ನ                           The name is quite confusing isn't it ??? If you think its a curd rice...  well its not !! Curd chillies are prepared from green chilli which are soaked in buttermilk along with salt & turmeric and dried in the sun until chillies absorbs all the buttermilk and dried completely.
