Yummy in my tummy !!!

Raw Banana Fritters / ಬಾಳೆಕಾಯಿ ಬೋಂಡ

Like every meal in our routine, tea time snacks can get boring if we do not add that extra zing to it.Usually i make fritters/bonda with potato but this time i tried with raw banana which tasted very yummy and a must try recipe😊

Raw banana is rich in vitamins and minerals and also good for heart. It also helps in improving digestive health and lower blood sugar levels. We make a plain bajji out of raw banana which taste yummy but i wanted to try something new so i replaced potato with raw banana to make this fritters.

My father loves fritters but avoids potato as he considers them unhealthy so when i made them with raw banana , he really loved it and was happy that he could enjoy that bonda taste in raw banana.

Raw Banana Fritters will taste very yummy and delicious when served with chilli sauce / green chutney and best for tea time snack so serve this hot with green chutney or chilli sauce along with tea 😋
