Garlic bread / ಗಾರ್ಲಿಕ್ ಬ್ರೆಡ್ 


                               Presenting to you all an Italian side dish i.e. Garlic bread made from burger bun 🙆

I wanted to try this recipe from very long time, Finally i made it yesterday and cannot wait to share this simple and delicious recipe with you all.For those who feel hesitant to try recipe from scratch , using burger bun is the best option as it is pretty simple to make and also taste delicious 😋

This recipe is a worth try ,trust me and you would see yourself how tasty and yummy this turns out.I used to hate garlic before and too much of its essence made me run away , now i know the real taste of garlic ( after experimenting & experiencing 😄) and enjoy adding them for most of my dishes.

I have tried this side dish on a pan as i like them soft and crunchy but if you want them crispy and crunchy then cook them in a oven for 10 mins and serve it hot.This can be relished in the evenings or also can be added as a side dish for a pizza meal 😋

Ingredients

Burger bun - 1
Butter - 25 gms
Grated Garlic cloves - 5 to 6
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp

How to make Garlic Bread step by step with photo



In a bowl, add 25 gms of butter ( room temperature)



Add freshly grated or chopped garlic cloves ( add garlic cloves as per your taste)



Add fresh and finely chopped coriander leaves ( instead u can also use basil leaves )





Add mixed herbs oregano and Chilli flakes ( you can also use Pizza mix )




Further add salt and mix them well until butter melts and keep them aside 




Take a burger bun and cut into thin slice and place them in a plate ( ensure the buns are not that sweet )



Spread the prepared garlic butter on one side of the slice evenly and repeat the same for other slices 




And for the other side of the slice apply little plain butter to roast them.

Garlic bread slices are ready to be fried in the pan.




In a heated pan , place garlic bread slices with plain butter side and close the lid, simmer for 2 mins



Open the lid and turn over the other side and fry them until they are golden brown.Once they are done switch of the flame and add them to a plate



A soft and crunchy Garlic bread is ready to be served 😋😜
