Masala Corn | ಮಸಾಲಾ ಕಾರ್ನ್                         Finally sharing my favorite dish ... Masala corn. Corn is my all time favorite and cannot resist when i see them😁....guess what ???? I seriously stop when ever i see corn around and never miss to buy them 😍 Today i am going to share a simple recipe using corn.We sometime just boil them and add salt lemon or make salad out of it or also deep fry them marinating with corn flour.If you are looking for any of the recipe that i have mentioned then let me know in the comments section. Its Idli & Malabar !!!

Malabar Spinach idli |Basale Soppu khara idli |ಬಸಳೆ ಸೊಪ್ಪಿನ ಖಾರ ಇಡ್ಲಿ             I am back with another recipe after a slight gap as i was busy with other stuff and this time i have got you very simple and different dish called Malabar Spinach idli. Just wanted to tell you my story on how i came up with this special recipe. Usually using Malabar Spinach,we make dosa at home and as we are growing this plant at my place so we often prepare dosa out of it. So this time when we prepared dosa , there was few batter left which i thought of steam cooking them. So..... Yes i did try the idli and t he taste was good but the idli was hard.Though it felt like steamed from outside ...the idli was not tasting good from inside and not cooked.But i did not give up as i knew the steam cook tasted good so i did slight variations in the quantity and the result was of course good. Aloo Pudina rice / ಆಲೂ ಪುದಿನಾ ರೈಸ್                                   Rice bath 😋 .....hearing that makes my mouth water.Its not only me my sister and brother too are fond of rice bath😊.When we were kids , me and sis used to wait for weekends to eat rice bath from hotel and i remember we both little ones holding hand and walking far to get the parcel and eat them at home.So since from childhood it has become our favorite and love to prepare this at home anytime.During festival everyone wait for sweets but if you ask me or sis what special for festival ..... we both say rice bath 😂   Well ... Baby corn Pops /ಬೇಬಿ ಕಾರ್ನ್ ಪಾಪ್ಸ್                                                A very simple and easiest recipe to make Baby corn pops. Just with few ingredients, you can prepare this dish and include for kids party or as a starter.This is one of the most favorite snack enjoyed at home and usually prepared during snack time. Baby corn always make my mouth water and i love to add them for most of the dishes.I haven't added too much of masala to this recipe , just butter and pepper makes it taste too yummmmm 😍 but if in case you want to make it more spicy , you can add chilli powder, chat masala,pudina chatni,cumin or jeera powder. Paneer hi Paneer !

Paneer Tikka /ಪನೀರ್ ಟಿಕ್ಕಾ              Well here comes my bro's favorite .....Paneer 😉. Yes Paneer ....anything made of paneer, he just loves them.His birthday was last week and what else can make him happy if not his favorite paneer. So i was all set to surprise him with his favorite Paneer tikka along with chocolate milkshake on his birthday. So here is how i planned it ... I bought these tooth picks readily available in the market and used them as skewer and fried them on a non stick tava. Usually i marinate Paneer & directly fry them on tava,this time i tried with tooth picks along with veggies.If you have doubt on using tooth picks , do not have to worry because tooth picks have got sharp edges and easily can pierce through the Paneer & veggies ( trust me 😏) This starter is very easy and can be included for parties ,get-together or for an evening snack.I have used non stick tava to fry these ,its important to u...

Raw Banana Fritters / ಬಾಳೆಕಾಯಿ ಬೋಂಡ                Like every meal in our routine,tea time snacks can get boring if we do not add that extra zing to it. Usually i make fritters/bonda with potato but this time i tried with raw banana which tasted very yummy and a must try recipe😊 Raw banana is rich in vitamins and minerals and also good for heart.It also helps in improving digestive health and lower blood sugar levels.We make a plain bajji out of raw banana which taste yummy but i wanted to try something new so i replaced potato with raw banana to make this fritters. M y father loves fritters but  avoids potato as he considers them unhealthy so when i made them with raw banana , he really loved it and was happy that he could enjoy that bonda taste in raw banana. Spinach Pulao / ಪಾಲಕ್ ಪುಲಾವ್                      Hello friends, Hope you all doing good.I am back with another simple recipe and this time it is Spinach/Palak pulao. Palak is rich in vitamins and high in nutrients and good for health.They also provide protein, iron and minerals .Its good to include greens in our food and especially if kids are not willing to eat then this could be one of the way to include in their meal 😉. Usually we make palak sambar or Palak paneer so i thought this time let me try pulao from it.This is a very simple dish made from palak leaves.Though i did not add veggies ( as i had no veggies 😣) ,it was tasting delicious😋 but you can also add vegetables like beans, carrot, potato and peas to this recipe.
