  • Salt as required

--> Firstly pressure cook the colocasia with only 3 whistles and once it cools down peel them and chop them randomly and keep it aside
-->Then Take a Kadai , add oil 2 tbsp & Turmeric powder
--> To this add chopped colocasia and salt and fry in medium flame
-->And then add 2 tbsp gram flour and chilli powder and mix well

-->Colocasia dry palya is ready to be served

NOTE :
  1. Do not over boil the colocasia as it turns soggy and palya wont taste good.
  2. Adding extra oil makes the palya crispy and tasty but if you do not want then you may skip it
  3. Chop the colocasia randomly as its already boiled considering the size differs from one to another
  4. Adding gram flour makes the palya more crispy and tasty
  5. You can also add masala like coriander powder ,jeera powder & dry mango powder and serve them as tea time snack

Have a amazing week ahead and Happy Cooking !
