Groundnut Chutney| ಕಡಲೆಕಾಯಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ

Today .. I am sharing a spicy & tasty chutney with you all. This chutney specialty is of using groundnut that gives ultimate taste to the dish.We make this chutney especially for special dosa called surnali which is kind of similar to set dosa but this also tastes good with idli , dosa or even for chapathi.

You all must be wondering what is Surnali dosa and how it is made.I had shared this with one of the group and hope it helps you as well ( attaching the screen shot)

Feel free to leave your questions in the comment section box !

Honestly ... earlier chutney's were something rare at my home because we were so used to eating almost all dosa with just pickle.

Its not just pickle , its everything for us and we have varieties of pickle at home and if something is not at home.Pickle is our survival , we have with rice, curd rice, sambar rice, dosa, idli, chapati etc.

Coming back to chutney:D... we do varieties of chutney now and sometimes there would be two to three variety made for one dish( on demand by family ).
