No Onion No Garlic Pulav

Dhoodh Pulav |ಧೂದ್ ಪುಲಾವ್ Ever heard off Dhoodh Pulav ???  It was indeed new for me as well. My now husband then Boyfriend told me he is eating Dhoodh Pulav for breakfast. I am fond of rice bath & was curious to taste this new dish that I had never heard off .Guess what ?? This is no onion & garlic pulav !!!!!  Yes I was tentative as you all seem to be . Pulav without onion garlic , dont seem taste good rite ? But trust me , this pulav tasted so yummy without these main ingredients that is usually required.  My mother in law thought me this simple yet tasty recipe that is now added to my Menu list.  This can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner with curry , korma or raitha . You  just need basic ingredients & vegetables of your choice. Lady's finger Fry |ಬೆಂಡೆಕಾಯಿ ಪಲ್ಯ                               Hello everyone.. hope you all doing good!  Today i am bringing to you all yet again simple & tasty recipe i.e.Lady's finger fry or Bhindi fry / Bendekai Palya.  Of course ...there are endless recipe on the internet but i promise this to be different + easy. Interestingly if you are wondering how i chopped this veggie is.... by using Potato slicer.Yes you heard it right ... I have used slicer and sliced them similar like potato chip slice.( reference sliced Bhindi Pic below) The reason behind using slicer is to help you save time in chopping and also as 1 kg of lady's finger will give you about 250 or 300 grams of Bhindi fry.Because the moment you start frying them in oil , the quantity reduces to almost 70 to 80%..So this is best way you can use them in the recipe. Ensure to wash the vegetable thoroughly and wipe them in dry cloth ...

Ivy gourd fry | Thondekai upkari             Hello peeps , This time its healthy+tasty recipe that i would be sharing with you all.Ivy gourd in English and in kannada its called as thondekai. Upkari is nothing but palya ( kannada) . My dad's most favorite vegetable and all time used at home.We make this upkari especially for my father because this is his all time favorite dish and relishes anytime of the day. This is the easiest recipe that you can cook quickly for lunch or dinner.You need just simple ingredients and can quickly prepare for family lunch or dinner without compromising on taste + its healthy. I am sharing a spicy & tasty chutney with you all.This chutney specialty is of using groundnut that gives ultimate taste to the dish.We make this chutney especially for special dosa called surnali which is kind of similar to set dosa but this also tastes good with idli , dosa or even for chapathi. Healthy Berry Bites          Sharing a quick recipe on a healthy berry bite that's gonna delish your sweet tooth 😋 without any regrets. I tried out this recipe with what ever ingredients i had and it turned out delicious !  I have already made many a times at home and when ever i have cravings to eat sweet , I make these and eat with no regrets as it also has chocolate in it 😊 which is my favorite.
